How long will DHV host my video?

....DHV will host your video for a period of 12 months. If after this time frame, you still need us to host the video, you must contact DHV before your time expires to renew your hosting package. You may also get a copy of the video to save on your own site or computer to use as long as you want for free.

How do I order a video?

What is the price of the Videos?

.... Pricing is based off the time it takes to do the project and the location. The business/agent profiles vary depending on content and length. Photo tours are $30 each and include 12 photos.

What types of property can I make Video Tours of ?

....All kinds of property for sale...Single family homes, Condos, townhomes, vacant land, etc.. . We also have customers that represent short and long term rental agencies. We host videos of their rental properties so their customers can see the actual house they are renting before they arrive. Tours of the property you have for sale not only keeps the customer looking at your property longer but also showcases the highlights much better than standard photos.

How does the business or agent profile work?

....There are two basic ways to structure your profile. The most popular business profile is to have DHV capture your business in action while working with your customers or showcasing your products and services. At this point, you develop a script and we narrarate the video. Our most popular agent or personal profile is interview style. The subject usually is in a background that relates to their business and talks to the camera. With any profile video, you are responsible for the script and content. DHV will make suggestions on video capture and production.

The final product.

....With all video projects, the final product can be viewed differently depending on the person viewing the video. DHV will keep all property video tours to our high quality script and style based on our standard format. DHV edits and develops the final product and unless there is an error in product information, no changes can be made on the final cut.
